We maintain regular dialogue with our colleagues in local authorities, to ensure that our services are designed to meet a range of needs.
Our referral and matching process ensures a sound assessment of a young person’s needs. Where a placement is offered, staff at Hillside work closely with the young person, their family and all relevant professionals to work towards a planned transition for the young person. This approach also ensures that a clear, outcomes-based plan is in place from the very start of the placement, to support and meet the individual needs of each young person.
